Ken has provided independent consultation to numerous behavioral, medical and human service providers in areas of executive, financial, clinical and operations management.
 

Nancy Nager, RN, BSN, MSN, is a healthcare expert with over 35 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient management, strategic planning, marketing, operations, budgeting, fiscal responsibility, medical and behavioral care, regulatory requirements, and business development.
 

Michael P. Connelly, CPA, MBA, a partner with TriNet Healthcare Consultants, Inc., possesses over 17 years of senior-level experience in the healthcare industry. He has held financial and operational leadership roles with several physician groups, a large integrated delivery system, academic and community hospitals, community health centers, and human service providers. His consulting focus has primarily been on financial management and process improvement for hospitals and physician groups.

Mary Thornton, RN, BSRN, MBA, is a national trainer and consultant in billing and reimbursement, corporate compliance, medical necessity, and other subjects related to the efficient operations of nonprofit, behavioral and healthcare organizations. Mary is the author of Ahead of the Game: Compliance Strategies for the Behavioral Healthcare Industry.
 

John R. LoConte, CPA, possesses 25 years of financial and information technology experience in the health, human service, and long-term care sector. John began his career at a Certified Public Accounting firm, where he established an information technology practice that included accounting software system and network design and installation services.
